Join us for Count Me In, a unique idea by Mark Dunn aimed at bringing drummers together to share their passion for drumming, swap techniques, connect with others in the drumming community, and, of course, enjoy some great food!
This gathering is about more than just playing—it's about building a community. Whether you're an experienced player or just starting out, we'll share knowledge, talk about gigs, help beginners, swap tall tales, and inspire each other to keep the rhythm alive.
We meet every month on the first Tuesday or Thursday of each month at a local restaurant. Please check here for dates and times.
Our first meeting was on Tuesday, November 5th, and we had a blast. I'd love for you to come out and see what we're all about. As some of you know, I'm a cancer survivor and while I don't play as much these days, my love for drumming is unshaken. I may not be able to keep the beat as I once did, but I'm passionate about sharing that love with others. I've worked in similar community-driven groups in the tech world, and I’m curious to see if something like this can work for the drumming community. Let’s find out together!
Hope to see you there—count me in, and I hope you will be too!
